Never had too much success. Too many variables to control well. Especially cleanliness. Can't make everything too clean or unwanted yeasties get into the batch and ruin it. Locally, we have a "brew on premises" brewery that furnishes all the ingredients and equipment and let's you brew your own recipe. They also have about 150 different recipes of "beers of the world" that you can copy. Makes about 5 cases of 24 count bottles.
