...it doesn't look like it was designed by teletubbies... ROFLMAO!!!! I needed that laugh this week, really and truly! FWIW, there is an option to change desktop themes. I have it set to "silver" on mine. Looks less evil. And I have to admit, the comment of "What computer did you do this on, anyway?" comment I got from someone I sent a screenshot to was pretty worthwhile. (I'd sent him an error message, he thought I was experiencing the problem on a Mac...)
