| It may be trite but as Yoda put it in Empire Strikes Back, "Always in motion is the future." This makes me think of "Minority Report" (the story, not the movie). I wonder how this news might violate the US Constitution/Bill of Rights. If you arrest someone because they might commit a crime in the future, you have just changed the future, so that the event will never take place and thus the individual is not guilty of fact, only guilty of contemplation.
