got arrested for intent to drive drunk. He was at the bar drinking and had his keys in his pocket.

Funny thing was, he had stopped drinking a few hours before hte police arrived.. I think a good lawyer might argue he did not have intent and that he was waiting around for the drunkeness to go away.

But then that won't happen, since it's obviously the right thing :P
