| not to mention general "holier than thou" air conveyed in the tonality of his posts. note the jumping on *one* statement saying the original poster that unleashed this tirade upon us remarked on finding one packet trying to access the program's site. note he never said anything about it being spyware. note the condescending tone this person has had in just about every post since. note the fact that just becuase the author of said posts has been unable to find collaborative evidence does not mean it doesn't happen. just because you don't have evidence of something does not mean it doesn't exist. personally, sir, I don't care who you are or your qualifications on the matter, one person saying "Ever since I caught it phoing home with a packetsniffer once," does not translate into "this software is nothing but spyware that will kill your children, eat your dog, and sell you into slavery in china." any person that makes such a leap of judgement from "caught it phoning home with a packet sniffer once" to libel, deffamation, and any other conclusion is either a lawyer, has too much caffeine in thier system, or is looking for a debate. in any case, said person needs to relax. had freakazoid said "this is spyware," then you'd have a point. but you're clutching for straws very badly with "I caught it phoing home with a packetsniffer once." |
