Us moderators are responsible for making sure board behavior stays within certain limits...we are not responsible for interpersonal conflicts between users on the board unless the start to encroach on the board overall.
Because your previous behavior as stoutman_2000 caused you to have that account disabled, that stays. You've so far not stepped out of the board rules as caffine-iv and that's fine. As long as that continues there won't be an issue.
Now...if you want to apologize to ma_petite for your behavior, well that's good. That's between you and her. Apologies to the board are also good, and that's between you and the other members of the board. Moderators are slightly distanced from all that, necessarily.
Now...if ma_petite never replies to this, I would suggest just relaxing and dropping it. No one ever says that two people ever have to get along.
