if any part of the test is written then, dyslexic and bind need to be given exceptions. If the test has physical components, then there are a multitude of exceptions are needed. The creation and grading of any test will create some sort of bias toward some group. What is comnon knowledge to someone raised on a farm is completely alien to someone raised in the inner city and vice versa. How do you make such a test fair to all and not subject to the interpretation of individuals?
