How do you know? Did you ask the 6 year old? (n/t) by caffine-iv2002-08-26 13:28:51

I have studied some of the US Supreme Court's Case law dealing with child labor laws. I have heard of no major changes recently so I am assuming the decisions I studied still stand. In which case the only exception allowed for a child of age six to work for a commercial enterprise is in the case of a family run farm. This means the local constabulatory and parents are ignoring the law and allowing the child to be exploited.
