| Emigrants don't matter since they have already left the country and immigrants are either citizens or peple who are in the process of becoming citizens. There are two more classes, Aliens with VISAs and people who have chosen to ignore the laws of our country in coming here. I don't agree with the validity of some of the US immigration laws, but they are still breaking it. We US citizens should change the laws so more people can come in.
Or make it harder for them to get in and give them citizenship if they do, after all, anyone who runs a minefield, climbs a 20-foot tall razor wire fence, gets past the dogs and the guards with machine guns deserves what they get if they make it ;-) |
