I doubt that "safety" is the first concern, when making a Nuke. That's sort of like an A-bomb, with child proof locks or an H-bomb with a warning label on it, that says: :: Not reccomended for use, if by persons who may have :: heart conditions, pace-makers, or while pregnant. :: Possible symptoms include headache, vomiting, and :: vaporization, as reported in clinical trials.
