With a tetrahedral hammer. Altho I suppose by the time hte process is done, you probbly wouldn't care a whole lot about hte diamond. It would be very very small (think about hte compression of carbon and about just how much carbon there is in your finger after you get rid of everything else like water and magnesium and calcium), and your hand would be in a lot of pain, and you're brain would be feeding you false information about hte pain of a limb you no longer have :)
