Probably out of the building, too. Having been fifteen myself once, and associating with other fifteen year olds, I can say from my own experience that I sure wouldn't want one working here - and not only because of a lack of knowledge and work experience, either. There's a cocky attitude present in our nation's teenagers that's best remedied with a cattle prod, but it seems there are laws against THAT as well.

Yeah, there are exceptions now and then, but most kids around that age are incapable of functioning in a work environment where they have to make choices and where there's not a manager standing nearby to hold their hands when they get confused.
