Go visit hte local USGS and look at hteir maps.

For minerals we have large quanities of Titanium, Iron, Thorium, Thulium, Uranium, Gold, Silver, Copper, Tungsten, Lead, and more.

For vitamins we're very rich in anything you'de need to grow things. In fact, a lot of hte land around me is being farmed.

What we need is a farmers market. The farms around here don't get a lot of business because one has to drive from one farm ot the next to the next in order to get everything... Or goto the local supermarket that imports their vegatables from teh south and get it all at once place.
