How would YOU decide? OR, how should society Decide? What is the balance? We want our government to have laws that protect us. Keeping alcohol out of the hands of irresponsible parties is good from tat aspect We want our government to protect our freedoms. Any limits are bad from that perspective. So, the question in this case is where is the balance? Its much like the new powers of the Dept. OF Justice At What price? What are you willing to give up to make your life safer? How do we balance individual freedoms with societal safety /needs?
