Or at hte least, they should be lowered. Like I said previously, there's no reason why I should be allowed to be subjected to such horrors as having my right leg blown off by a landmind, and having extremely long and sharp needles poked into my as I lay bleeding strapped to a bed of poisoned nails in some enemy encampment while NOT beling allowed to play bingo or craps. I'de say hte damage done to my liver drinking is very minimal compared to what being rittled with machine gun fire does while you're parachuting out of hte sky into some DZ in Afganistan.
