For the innocent people among the readers I would like to quote a guest student from the USA who attended the mentionned event about 20 years ago: "I never thougt that the serious Swiss could freak out like this!"

If ever you want to see an entire city getting collectivly drunk for three days, you have to come to Neuchâtel/Switzerland an the end of september.
