Assuming that the probability of eating a spider is roughly equal on any given day, there is always a chance that you will eat a spider on any given day. There is also a much larger probability that you will eat a spider at some point in the future. Also, since one generally does not know when one has eaten a spider, one cannot say with certainty that one has not consumed a spider recently. Therefore, it can always be argued that any given person eats spiders, and thus cannot be a vetetarian by the proposed definition.
