has no one bothered to ask the little girl, "What do you really want?" I would guess that she probably want's the latest barbie dress collection or nurf gun depending on her taste. Typically an 8 year old or less do have their own opinions about things like what mom and dad packed for lunch, not something that only bothers the parents. I firmly beleive that; 1. The legal system is totally screwed in the US (where I currently live) 2. Neither of the parents give a flippin' S**t about their child and are both defunct as parents to put that kind of pressure on what is supposed to be a care free life of bugs and cooties.
