As special_ed said, the court should be focused on the constitutionality of the pledge - NOT on the relationship between father and daughter.

Personally, I find it repulsive that you have to have a child in order to file suit in this matter. Why is the entire property-owning community required to pay education tax, if only the parents are allowed to challenge what kind of education is being provided? This is a gross injustice, for want of a better word.
