Two words: Multicast, Linux

Anyone out there routing or forwarding multicast traffic on a 2.4 linux boxen? I'm going nuts over this! All linux/multicast routing info on the web is from 1997-2000 concerning at the latest, kernel 2.0.x :(

mrouted - harldly compiles and doesn't seem to work when it does
zebra - supposedly will do it but there seems to be very little reference info around

I'm burning FreeBSD discs now but I'd prefer to continue the linux takeover of my datacenter.

And, the reward is no joke. I'll put up real cash for a straightforward, working solution. (You won't be able to pay your rent with it but it won't be insubstantial)
