Without using his daughter. The public schools system is just about the only government institution where the pledge is 'forced' (the courts say the kids are forced) on citizens. Since he does not go to school he must file on behalf of his daughters.

It's a shame, but there it is.

What I can't understand is why her oh-so-christian Mother had a child with the atheist. Sounds like Dr. Laura or something.
