who pose with a standard shirt on, and then the logo of your choice is tacked on later with a graphics package. They dust puppy logo on the blue shirt looks funny ( i'm imagining it's because it's added after the picture is taken! ) The company that prints the shirts hires the models takes the pictures, and then makes them available to you for advertising means. This is of course all conjecture and speculation, and she just might be a cutie with an eye for dust puppies :).
