Your best bet is to buy the organically grown veggies and stuff in the supermarket. They claim to not have used pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Honestly we are all walking around now with synthetic chemicals in our bodies that won't go away. Even if you managed to eat "clean" food all your life, you probably inherited them from your mother in the womb or through breast milk. Think about it the next time you eat fish...
