"Under God" Revisited by GeekPrincess2006-11-19 12:55:59
Daddy had no claim by fnord_hero 2002-08-06 05:14:56
Seems that our candidate for father of the year has no rights to his daughter whatsoever.

Under American law, that means he never had a 'cause to action'. That means, he can not bring a lawsuit on behalf of a daughter that he has no rights to than he could for me.

The whole point is moot, and the case should be reversed on that basis.

and our 'father of the year' should be ashamed of using his daughter in a way that he knew would cause trouble for her.

BTW, this "Atheist" father of the year is an ordained minister in the universal light church.
