It is a book. Nothing more. Books merly consist of words. Words are nothing that anyone should have to fear or hate. Words by themselves are like guns by themseves, they are powerless. Words ony have poawer when used by people who give them meaning. Books are special cases in that it is the reader that assigns meaning to the words. I can try as hard as I want to make my language so precise that there is no room for interpertation, but ultimatly, it is still the reader who has full power over how they chose to understand what it is that I am saying. If you are influenced by somtehing I have written, it is because you have influenced yourself. If you cannot view religious texts in an objective manner you are not very sound in your own belifes ( you just like to think that you are ) If you fear a book then you are even worse off because then you fear your own mind, and then you are nothing more than a sheep and deserve whatever fate the sheperd you follow has in store for you.
