KaZaA is based outside the US, but it relies on distributed networking to index the files on client's computers. So it'd be okay to target the supernodes located within the US, but those outside the borders would be right out. But wait! The supernodes are a part of a network based in...erm...whatever country KaZaA hails from. So would it be okay? I'm a bit confused.
