Anyone have an idea by andycap142002-07-24 11:10:49
Possible cause?? by Capt Jack 2002-07-24 11:53:19
I'm not positive but I think Lotus notes support is built into Outlook from at least 2000 on. The problem may be how Outlook was installed as you have to choose the types of systems you would like supported when doing the install. Then when you create a profile you are prompted for the type of service you want to use, ie: Internet mail, Exchange Server, etc.
Perhaps your friend may try reinstalling Outlook.
Hope this helps.
