They CHARGE you for that letter saying "do you mind this small transaction?" but they accept the large one for the camera ... That way, they can say "well, we look after OUR customers" by 'protecting' the small amount, but authorising the large ones they make the most money off of ... Go figure ... Maybe we can report them for an investigation by the SEC? ;)
