Well, I won't go and finish that. Being from the US, and knowing French sentiment regardings Americans in general, I say "Let them eat cake." (merci Marie) I acutally laughed my a** off when they were eliminated and hearing of the 'temper tantrums' thrown by French in general. Sounds like a bunch of sour grapes to me. Guess what people, only one team can win a soccer game! And I was very happy to see quite a number of 'contenders' get eliminated while some underdogs made quite the showing. THAT'S what makes World Cup so interesting to watch. Otherwise, why bother?
