I'd say this would be more a case that CNN might actually have a 'limited copyright' for the use in that specific situation. Personally, I'd go find a website that might just know how you can contact her record label, contact them directly, and ASK how you can get a licenced copy of that piece. I doubt CNN would be so accomdating in that circumstance. And yes, Enya is quite the striking woman, and her voice is like that of an angel.
