As long as you use it with copyright you own. Example: I compose music, this music is totaly original and composed by me (no mixes and stuf) so I own the copyright. It is then my decision to release an MP3 and make it legal to spread it around. Of course I can also say (wich I have ;) that the MP3 is legal as long as you download it from my website: qotdsubmit at this domain>www.rn-spirit.com See? As long as you hold a copyright you can do whatever you want. But if you don't you are bound to the decisions the company/person holding the copyright has made.
