Big, expensive, complicated. By all accounts a pain to implement but can provide big savings if done right. The reason you don't meet many SAP consultants is that they all have jobs with the likes of IBM and are VERY well paid.

If you want to get in to this game you will basically need to get hired by someone like IBM and then get to be a top-notch consultant with them first, because the training costs a fortune and you won't get hired to do SAP (even if daddy pays for the course) without big-time consultancy experience first...
