Since I'm too lame to know what's legal and what isn't anymore... Lets say a group releases a song. Then something tradgic happens, and they're song is used with other dubbings of news to make an emotionaly intense song, and they have permission to do this from the group. Then they play it on the radio (also with permission) and someone records it using their computer, and makes an MP3 out of it. Is that MP3 legal to distribute?
