in response to my lack of books to study from: Dear Student, Thank you for contacting the school. I am very sorry that your shipments are taking a long time to reach you but there is nothing that we can do about it. This school has thousands of students and we also use the postal mail service, so sometimes things take a long time to reach you. Your account shows that your shipment was sent out on the 11th of this month, so it is possible that it is still in the mail due to the fact that packages are carefully checked since Sept. 11th. Please be patient! Education Department
