I rarely watch the news. When I do, it's full of places I've never heard of, and I certainly couldn't tell you anything about them or find them on a map. Does the ordinary person really need to know, though? The americans who seem to have opinions usually seem to have opinions which involve bombing them, though... I'm not saying that's how it is, just how it looks to the rest of the world... Very few americans seem to be aware of how the rest of the world sees them.
