If you have enough money, get a 2nd phone line. If you have friends with 'net connects, drag your computer over there. Or just borrow their machine and drop the files on whatever removable media your machine and theirs has in common, provided they fit on it of course. (Floppy, ZIP, etc.) If using ZIP, I recommend grabbing Steve Gibson's "Trouble in Paradise" program to test the zip drive to be sure it does not have the "click of death". (I'm paranoid about such things.)
