You never know - she might have a brain & be able to understand that you need to do your work, even if she doesn't! If you're friends and want to stay that way, explain the problem. Agree on times that each of you use the line - I guess from what you've said that she's in all day whilst you're in classes? In that case tell her she can do what she likes whilst you're out, but you need 2 hours (or whatever) straight after supper. If you share a PC (and it's yours) you could enable password-protected logins. Then you just don't give her a password. Ok so windows security is lame, but it'll probably beat her. Dissing her connection is just petty retaliation and will result in her being as P***ed off as you are, so save that for an Escalation Option. Are you her landlord/lady? In which case you can explain that she will be on the streets unless she shapes up...
