We just hd FOUR layers of pavement layed on all our roads up here. FOUR layers! Each one is 2 inches, and in Alaska, roads are fairly long =P And to boot, ALL gaurd rail was ripped out and replaced with shiney new rail! None of it was damaged at all, apart from little dinks and dents here and there... Mostly it was just dirty so it wouldn't reflect light easily. Unless there was something you really wanted to see =P
