I mistook you for "Ubergeek" and therefore thought you lived in New York. The Regents test is a standardized NY test thing. If you live in NY and want to go to college, you pretty much have to take regents level classes, and pass the Regents tests. There are, of course, exceptions to this. (Also, Course III is high school trig (I think). I took it 11 years ago. It's high school junior level, but I was a year ahead, so I took it as a sophomore)
