sounds better than some of the other ones. I watched a chef on the Iron Chef make squid ink ice cream once. I'm not too sure how it tasted (the judges didn't seem too impressed), but it looked pretty disgusting. Ice cream just shouldn't be purple unless it's made with berries. The same chef also tried to make sardine ice cream (he must be related to the people who came up with Wasabi ice cream). Thankfully it didn't come out so the judges weren't subjected to it (I can't even describe how it looked).
