Actually I heard going to the US is easier by Arienadean 2002-07-22 12:50:55
same with going to a few other countries. I think canadians also immigrating to commonwealth is easier and those born before 1980 might have right to duel citizenship... however in my case I can get that because my father was born in the UK and moved to canada when he was 7.(my mom could have american duel citizenship which I hear is rarer to be able to get... her father was american and moved to canada though she was canadian born) I have lots of american family so I'd probably not get hassled if I was to move there.(my brother moved there a few years back and owns a business<shrug> also many cousins, etc) I have family in the Uk but most are elderly and only met one.<shrug> But I like the UK(I know odd I've not been there but yea I like it) and ok I admit it I like the US(I just don't like the politics/politicians... then again I'm not too fond of the canadian ones either... I also like the social & educational systems here admittedly vs the US)
