I think its called the "trans canada trail" it of course crosses all of canada if you have the patience to bike or walk that much. I hope you have fun and all goes well. :) I'm doing reasonable though yuck this heat. It was like 20C at midnight last night so probably 22C in my room(even with fan going because of the computer and my room is in the top floor/loft in the house). Next week I head off to the interior to see my mom but this weekend I'll be with my daughter at the hospice again... so I might be accessing UF via the Dr Evil/Goldmember diabolectizer as oddly that proxy works but others weren't.<shrug>
