the spark plugs are uhh in between these two things with a metal plate over top of them. On the underside of this plate is "the wires" but it's all solid state. The plate plugs into this gizmo and that gizmo sends the current to the plugs. I swear I know what I'm talking about I just don't know what everything is called. You going to the Chicago meet? I'll show you then.
