I watched an interview with Harrison Ford this weekend in which he was asked why he went into acting. He replied "failure in all other endeavors". That's exactly the reason I'm in computing, and like Harrison I'm glad it worked out that way (though I'm not *quite* as rich as Harrison... I'm currently 0.0003% of the way towards affording an 800 acre ranch in Wyoming).

How many others here are in their current profession because it seemed to be the only thing you're good at? Of those, how many are in computers? Got any regrets?
