Too many people concerned with just "ease of use" -- and quite frankly, why shouldn't they be? Not everyone who owns a computer know what it takes to make them run, just like not everyone who owns a car knows how it works. (I admit I don't -- I put gas in it like I'm supposed to, but I don't even know how to change the oil; I have to pay someone else to do it.)

Windows and AOL, despite their irritations, are, in the grand scheme of things, really easy to use, especially for the non-computer-savvy. Even though those of us who know what they're doing know the truth: Windows sucks! AOL is for lusers! :)

The argument as to whether or not computers *should* be made so easy to use that everyone and their grandmother are buying PCs and trying to get online is for another thread...
