"Pagan" covers a lot of ground. Plenty of non-christian religions feature a belief in an afterlife, many include a bad place or a place of punishment for sinners. In fact, it's highly arguable that there is a place for Hell in real Xpianity (that is, in the teachings of Jesus).
Us Unitarian Universalists are willing to accept you even if you believe in Hell, but we think it's a silly and outmoded concept that has been abused for centuries as a way to keep the hoi polloi in line and paying their taxes. The basic premise of classical Universalism is "universal salvation" - that is, the divine principle isn't informed by sadism, and God is not bound by any magical rules that require torture and sacrifice. Nobody has to burn forever, that'd be stupid, wasteful and pointless.
The common flavors of neo-paganism in North America (such as Wicca and friends) generally don't feature any sort of infernal punishment. There are some covens that have cross-pollinated with christian offshoots such as Satanism, but I think the American neo-pagan mainstream is pretty firmly in the "ain't no Hell" camp.
