...starband I think - He is pretty happy with it. Speeds are better than 128 both ways so it's better than nothing. They are severely restrictive as to what you can and cannot do though, he setup DNS just to play with it and when it was sending out DNS info they sent him an email and then disconnected him until he called in :) - oops.
