Nice for the call stats though. Get a few people with lightning-damaged modems in the morning (all of whom will deny having had a storm the minute you point out storm damage isn't covered in the warranty and it says in five places in the user guide in big red letters that the modem must be unplugged when not in use because of storm damage, even though you have their postcode on a list of places which had storms recently) and you won't have to worry about getting stuck on a long call in the afternoon, because you'll have done your 45 calls by 12.
