Seriously. Dry counties do exist. I'm in one right now, and when I go home from work today, I'll go to another one. Did you know that draft beer is illegal in Montgomery County? Oh, yes. You can't get beer on tap there. It comes in cans or bottles and that's it. Hell wouldn't be this silly.
