I have a Windoze pc at home too, one I built myself.
So I have a right to disparage my OS if I think that it's substandard.
And the fact that many people here do so is clear indication that I am not the only one (sarchasm, I KNOW a lot of people do).
The biggest problem people have with M$ is that they insist on releasing software and OS's that clearly are not fully tested or stable. Then they feel they have a right to charge for updates and service, or they make it so that you HAVE to give them access to your machine to be able to find the problems (see latest WMP update for a good example).

Sure, they CLAIM that they won't be using it against users, but when company releases a NEW OS that is so bad and so unstable that people are ALWAYS panning it, you'd think that they'd get the idea.
